EndPlay's Client Services Organization (CSO) is responsible for an outstanding client experience and is dedicated to supporting the client's on-boarding and on-going platform needs — ensuring that the EndPlay Web Content Management (WCM) platform is implemented properly and functioning optimally.

The EndPlay CSO is divided into four functional areas:

  • Professional Services — EndPlay helps implement and customize the WCM platform to meet our client's unique business requirements, providing a platform to substantially improve and grow their business requirements, providing a platform to substantially improve and grow its business while driving down operational costs.
  • Education Services — EndPlay offers a wide range of training courses and formats, including both instructor-led classes and on-line certification.
  • Support Services — EndPlay Support Services are provided by an experienced team of platform experts. Services include 24x7 helpdesk, priority call routing, extensive knowledge base, phone/email/web support, analytics/dashboard and proactive notifications/alerts.
  • Partner Services — The EndPlay Partner Network consists of a community of systems integrators, software vendors, infrastructure providers, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) that provide comprehensive solutions for all EndPlay WCM deployments.
